Step 1 of 5: Property
What Goes Into Your Free Pressure Washing Estimate
No two properties are the same. These four things shape the price we send you.
Size and Height
Square footage and the number of stories set how long the job takes and what equipment we need.
Surface Type
Vinyl, fiber cement, brick, wood and concrete each need a different solution and pressure.
Level of Buildup
Light pollen rinses fast. Years of algae, rust or oil need pre-treatment and more time.
Bundled Services
Adding a roof, driveway or gutters to a house wash in one visit usually lowers the total cost.

Is the pressure washing estimate really free?
Yes. Every estimate is free and comes with no obligation. We look at the size of the job, the surfaces and the level of buildup, then send a clear written price. You decide if and when to book, and there is never a charge for the estimate itself.
How do you price a pressure washing job?
Price depends on square footage, the number of stories, the surface type and how heavy the buildup is. Green algae on vinyl cleans faster than years of rust or oil on concrete. Bundling several services in one visit, like house, roof and driveway, usually costs less than booking them separately.
Do you need to visit my property before giving a price?
Not always. For many homes and driveways we can price the job from your details and a few photos texted to 252-402-9868. Larger commercial properties, roofs and heavily stained surfaces usually get a quick on-site look first, so the written estimate is accurate.
What should I do to get ready for my cleaning?
Close windows and doors, move cars off the driveway, and clear patio furniture or grills from the areas being cleaned. Make sure we can reach an outdoor water spigot. We handle the rest, including wetting down plants and covering outlets before we start.
